Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- All Stools (bar stools, counter stools, etc.)
- Custom or special order items
We carefully design our stools for immediate comfort and cannot accept returns once they’ve been used.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
