At Fritz Hansen Sales, we take pride in delivering Scandinavian-inspired furniture with the same attention to detail in our customer service as in our product craftsmanship. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures a refined experience.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • All Stools (bar stools, counter stools, etc.)
  • Custom or special order items

We carefully design our stools for immediate comfort and cannot accept returns once they’ve been used.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label
