Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or other import procedures.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Fritz Hansen furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return process ensures a refined experience.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns for:
- All stools (bar stools, counter stools, etc.)
- Custom or special order items
Our stools are carefully designed for immediate comfort and cannot be returned once used.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label
